Born June 29, 1971
IAF Armwrestler-of-theYear 2000, 2001, 2002
Year 2000 IAF Point Champion

When was your first tourney?
1987 just to watch then competed later
that year and went 2 & out.

What is your most memorable tourney?
2002 Worlds as IAF Director Bill Cox introduced
me to everyone that matters in the sport of armwrestling from the WAF level and down
from numerous countries.

Best Finish:
2002 World Championships: I placed third
and climbed the podium for the first of
many times (I hope).

Hardest Match?
Norm Devio.  Not because his is my mentor but because the time limit we went.  It was somewhere
in the range of 8 minutes at the 2001 Rhode Island Unified State Championships.  We battled back and forth, slipped, and then went into the straps for a
few more minutes.  If you didn't see it, I am sure
you don't believe it.  Ask around...

Training Tips?
Table-time, Table-time, Table-time...

Motto:
Never quit!  I went nearly three years without winning an award, not because I sucked, rather the talent at that time was immense!  I never gave up.  I try to instill this in everyone I have introduced to the sport.  Either take it serious, or take a walk!

Titles:
- Numerous State Titles throughout New England
-Top 5 or better at the last 4 Nationals
-3rd Left & 6th Right at the 2002 Worlds
-9th at my first Worlds in India alongside Legend Andrew "Cobra" Rhodes.
